Privacy policy

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose to give them, your first name, your role (for example investor or agent) and your main area of interest. We also record the date you signed up, your country (from your connection, not your exact location) and the campaign link you arrived from (for example an Instagram post).
Why we collect it
To tell you about SiteIQ early access, the private beta and our launch, and to understand which areas and types of users are most interested. We only email you if you tick the consent box.
Who sees it
Only the SiteIQ team. We don't sell or rent your details. The data is stored with Cloudflare (our hosting provider), which may store it outside Australia. We use it only to provide this service.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by contacting us at the email address shown on our emails. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles and the Spam Act 2003.
Security
The waitlist is stored separately from the SiteIQ application, encrypted in transit, and accessible only to authorised team members.
