Questions

Which areas does SiteIQ cover?

All of Victoria: every address in all 79 councils (over 4 million), from metropolitan Melbourne and the growth areas to regional and rural Victoria. Council schedule rules are loaded for every council, including the growth-area structure plans (Urban Growth Zone).

Is this planning or financial advice?

No. SiteIQ gives general, preliminary information from public data and your own assumptions. Always confirm with the council, a planner, a surveyor and your financial advisers before buying or building.

Does it tell me what a property is worth?

Not yet. Valuations and sales history need a licensed data provider, which we plan to add. Today the feasibility uses the sale prices you enter.

What will it cost?

It's free during the private beta. Founding members will get a discounted price at launch; we'll email you before anything is charged.
